What this policy covers
This policy describes what PETROPANI does with information you give it through this website. PETROPANI is an intermediary and facilitator in energy and petrochemical trade; the only information it collects here is what you choose to send through the inquiry form.
What is collected
Only the fields you complete in the inquiry form: whether you are buying or selling, the product, destination or origin, quantity, trade terms, your company, your business email, and any message you write. Nothing else is collected from you on this site.
How it is used
To read and answer your inquiry, and to carry that conversation forward if it becomes a commercial discussion. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
An inquiry is delivered by email to PETROPANI's own mailbox. It passes through the mail provider that sends it and is not stored in a database on this site. There is no third-party form service holding a copy.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and does not track you across the web. If visitor statistics are switched on in future they will be cookie-free and aggregate, with no profile of an individual visitor.
How long it is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship or the obligation to keep records requires, and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask what PETROPANI holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be answered.
